What's in Season?
Here is a brief (and definitely not complete) list of what you can expect throughout the year:

Spring
May – June: Lots of greens! Arugula, kale, spinach, swiss chard, salad greens, cooking greens, green garlic, radishes, salad turnips, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, sugar snap peas, beets, herbs (parsley, cilantro, lemon balm, mint, rosemary, basil), shiitake mushrooms, garlic scapes, broccoli, summer squash,cabbage, onions, carrots, potatoes, green beans.

Summer
July – August: tomatoes, tomatillos, onions, peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, leeks, okra, potatoes, green beans, blueberries, melons, summer squash, broccoli, kale, beets, garlic, herbs (basil, lemonbalm, dill, rosemary, sage etc), sunflower shoots

Autumn
September – November: Lots more greens! Sweet potatoes, ginger, turmeric, radishes, salad turnips, green beans, peanuts, green onions, fennel, carrots, okra, peppers, tomatoes, beets, broccoli, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill, rosemary, sage, lemongrass), shiitake mushrooms

winter
December – March: A wide variety of greens, winter squash, sweet potatoes, radishes, brussel sprouts, salad turnips, green onions, carrots, beets, broccoli, pea shoots, herbs, shiitake mushrooms
